    5 OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
    The present invention can be included within the technical sector of agriculture. In particular, it can be included within the wine growing sector.
    More specifically, the object of the invention relates, according to a first aspect, to a fastener for confining vines. According to a second aspect, the object of the invention relates to a fastening device comprising the fastening element referred to above.
    15 BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
    The inventor of the present application is also an inventor in a number of applications that describe various solutions related to supports to, depending on the time of the year, confine or expand the vine shoots. The solutions referred to constitute object 20 of the following applications: ES1064693; ES1069817, ES1070086, ES1129480; ES1064693 and ES1129480.
    DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
    The present invention describes a solution for confining vines, although it is applicable to other types of fruit trees.
    In particular, according to a first aspect, the invention describes a fixing element for confining vines, of which it is intended to be mounted on a pole that is part of a row of posts arranged according to the direction of a groove of a vina, to approach the groove or to separate from said groove a cable of a plurality of cables that run on both sides of the posts in parallel with the groove.
    The fastening element comprises a central section, provided with an upper end and a lower end, as well as a fixing member, located at the lower end of the central section, to fix the fastening element to a fixation located on the post, resiliently resisting flexion. of the central section.

    The fastening element also includes an open eyelet, defined at the upper end of the central section, for releasably holding the cable.     5 PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION
    A detailed description of an example of preferred embodiment of the present invention is given below, with the help of Figures 1-3 above.
    10 The present invention has as its object, according to a first aspect, a fastener (1) for confining vines. According to a second aspect, the object of the invention is a fastening device (12) incorporating the mentioned fastening element (1).
    As will be detailed below, and according to figures 2 and 3, the fastening element 15 (1) is intended to be mounted on a post (13) of which form a row of posts
    (13) arranged according to the direction of a groove of a wine, to bring a cable (not shown) from a groove (not shown) of a plurality of cables running on both sides of the posts (13), parallel to the groove groove, and at the same height or at different heights.
    The fastening element (1) is preferably manufactured from forming, in particular curved or bent, metal wire. More preferably, the fastener element (1) is shaped according to a single monolithic part integrally configured from a metal wire.

    Additionally or alternatively, the fixing member may comprise a stop section (4), to bump against a support (15), see figures 2 and 3, which is part of the fixing, resisting a flexion of the central section (2) in the sense of separating the cable. The support (15) may comprise a flap, for example in the case of the embodiment shown, in which the post (13) is a profile.
    To resist bending the central body (2) in the direction of bringing the cable closer, the fixing member may include, in addition to, or instead of the coupling section (5), a spring (6). Preferably, in the spring (6) the hole (3) is also defined.
    In the preferred example shown, at the lower end of the central section (2) the spring (6) is defined, which in turn comprises the hole (3).
